Lost Registration Key

Looking to have a lost registration key(s) reissued?  You’re in the right place!

To obtain a new registration key, you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Purchase a “license reissue” item from our web store (we cannot process your request without this).
  2. Then fill out a the “Lost Registration Key” form on our Contact page. Make sure to choose the “Licensing support” radio button, and then “Lost Registration Key” as the type of licensing issue from the drop down menu.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing (although we will attempt to get to your request as soon as possible, often within 24 hours). You will be charged a $20 license reissue fee.
