Old-style key instructions, for keys issued before Dec 2018

If you have an old-style key (16 characters, tied to a registration name) purchased before December 2018, and you are trying to install a minor update that uses the new licensing scheme (keys that look like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), then these are your instructions:  
  • If you have purchased the same main version as the current main version on our website (e.g., you purchased Twixtor v7, and the installer is for v7.1), then write to sales@revisionfx.com to get a new key for free.
  • If you purchased a previous main version (e.g., you purchased ReelSmart Motion Blur v4 and are trying to install ReelSmart Motion Blur v6.1), then you need to purchase an upgrade. You can do so by visiting our Products pages.
