RE:Vision Effects releases FieldsKit version 1.4 for After Effects� compatible applications (Adobe After Effects, discreet Combustion, Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro, Pinnacle Systems Commotion, and Boris Red).

At the heart of FieldsKit is FieldsKit Deinterlacer that deinterlaces video imagery with superior results. Using proprietary field reconstruction and adaptive motion techniques, FieldsKit Deinterlacer can build full frames from fields that are of much higher quality than the standard approaches available in most effects and video editing applications.

The new version is available for Mac OS X and Windows.

New features in FieldsKit 1.4:

* Adds support for 24 Pulldown Advanced (24Pa).
* Adds support for multi-processing.
* Fixes behavior during a pulldown phase change. In the new version, the FieldsKit Pulldown plugin does not mix in fields from a previous scene when changing to a new phase that starts with a split frame.
* Fixes a bug within combustion 3 for FieldsKit Pulldown.
